Based on the Word of God and experience, pray in the spirit very well done as often as possible, except when reading. Because we really do not know how and what we should pray. By praying in the spirit, we raise requests that are not spoken, the petition will our needs we may not realize, or needs of others that we do not know. Perhaps only in other parts of the world are in need of help or assistance prayer. Or maybe our own needs help avoid the danger that is being designed so that the devil we perish. Nothing is impossible and proved correct.
In addition to the above reasons, there are other reasons and are also important. When we pray in the spirit, in fact we are building ourselves. That's what God's Word (the Bible is on a New Testament).
Somehow the process is underway, but when we pray in the spirit, the spirit of man we are dealing directly with the Spirit of God.
Hmm .. Just imagine when we are together with our lovers. When we express our love and affection to Him, and we received very good response, would not we be happy and feel love and compassion we more than doubled? Together we love to transform even our bad characters. We become increasingly better.
Likewise if we often communicate with Him. We become more and know what He likes and hates. We always want to please Him, even willing to shed our old man for the sake of pleasing in His heart.
Also, praying in the Spirit will teach us to understand the heart and mind of God. Make us as a friend and no longer a slave who does not know anything about his master.
When praying in tongues, do not let the mind or minds everywhere, but also join in prayer.
Based on experience, pray in the spirit also with reason, makes me more focused, directed, and do the will of God.
