Did you know that the unrest in the heart may not be maintained or even ignored, but must be remedied. Why?
Unrest in the heart is a sign that something is disturbing the peace of our hearts. The reason could be because there is a problem that has not been completed, disappointment, hatred, fear, anxiety, dissatisfaction, guilt, or even accusation of sin. If not immediately resolved, then we will feel familiar with the unrest, which have an impact on the sensitivity / acuity in the spirit we distinguish between right and wrong, good and bad.
How to solve it is to ask the Holy Spirit investigated the hearts and minds, and let go of judging ourselves and not ashamed to admit our guilt before Him and if you must, we apologize to others who have problems with us.
Ask the Holy Spirit watch our hearts every day, so we still dare to face the Presence of God.
"Because without holiness no man shall see God." (Hebrews 12:14) Thus the Word of God.
