We all must have felt the leadership of the Lord in front of us, that we are able to hear the instruction clearly. Can be through voice, dreams / visions, even the firmness of our conscience. All of which leads us to the leadership so that we do not fall lying. Leadership is intended for individuals who are new to God, babies and children spiritually. At this stage, God stands before us, provide clear leadership. It is God who plays moves us to act according to His will and His plan.
Stepping on the teen / adult spiritual, God becomes a friend / partner us. God's act more as a friend and adviser. We werw lead by Him when we ask Him. He guides us and directs us to go back to the Word. We are taught to be independent but still be supervised. He did it to shape our character to become a true leader. At this stage, God stood beside us, providing guidance and teaching. This is the stage we are training to become a leader.

At the moment we have become mature and adult in Spiritual, we feellike alone and even more lonely (though actually not, because Jesusis behind us, watching and paying attention to us.) God's voice as if it is not clear or we rarely heard. That is not because we're rebelliousand grieve his Spirit of God, but God deliver us with the responsibility, and trust that we have matured and grown. but that does not mean God continue silent when we need his help, even atthis stage we are acting to move God to act. Not because ofarrogance but rather a spiritual belief in the inclusion of God to him.This is obtained with the intimacy that is fostered with the Lord, that isa quality of intimacy, so that we can know what the desire nor His willis good, acceptable, even perfect.
